June 16, Monday Last day for dual enrollment students to submit Acceleration and Enrichment applications and dual enrollment approval forms to MCC for Fall 2008 term.
July 25, Friday All required documents must be received by financial aid to ensure funding of tuition and fees at the beginning of the Fall term. Documents received after this date will be processed in the order they were received by the financial aid office. Students should pay for their classes by the established pay dates, as reimbursement will be made based upon eligibility.
August 4, Monday All tuition and fee payments due for Fall 2008 term classes. All class registrations for fall term not secured with full payment or financial aid will result in students having their class schedules cancelled.
All awarded financial aid (excluding loans) will be available to pay for course costs, books and authorized supplies.
First day students may apply for a deferment and/or short-term loan if they have a loan that has been awarded and other aid is not enough to cover tuition, fees or books.
Books may be charged against awarded financial aid in the MCC Bookstores if financial aid (excluding loans) is greater than course tuition and fees. Students should review their account balance on line. If they have a credit balance, they should go directly to the MCC Bookstore on either campus to purchase books and authorized supplies.
