Control System (WCS) project to acquire and install the McHugh-Freeman
distributed warehouse management and control system package, and

system. In addition to classical SCADA functions, system implemented

Software project leader and lead programmer for Philadelphia Electric
Company SCADA system (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition),
a dual Micro VAX II based process monitoring and control system.

Converted general purpose SCADA product from PDP-11 to VAX systems.
Converted operating system interfaces from RSX11M to VMS. Designed
and implemented electrical power Load Management, Load Prediction,
remote message processing, console switching, magnetic tape interface,
and historical data collection subsystems. Project leader and lead
programmer for Dual VAX based distributed SCADA system for Oglethorpe
Power Corp. Full responsibility for system software development
in both managerial and hands-on capacity. Managed customer services
department. Instructed engineer's and programmer's courses. Responsible
for distribution and installation of off-the-shelf products. Supervised
customer service representatives. Final responsibility for quality
control of all systems shipped.

preparation machine using microprocessor technology . Utilized structured
