1. Meet Prerequisite: Declared Computer Science Major and complete at least 33 hours towards Computer Science degree with a grade average of B or better.
Additionally, in order to meet the requirements for an internship, the student must follow all of the steps below, read all of the documents below, and fill out ALL of the forms.

You are a Computer Science major – this MUST BE TYPED.

 

7. Complete (Sign): Student Contract/Code of Ethics

 

8. Employer completes: Employer Agreement

 

9. Complete – Type using computer: Student Learning Plan: MUST BE TYPED

Learning objectives/outcomes: Student/Faculty Instructor/Employer will develop a list of between 5 and 10 learning objectives/outcomes that will enhance your knowledge and skills.

Objective Examples:

            1. Will troubleshoot computers and learn techniques to solve computer problems

            2. Will install Operating Systems software and learn to efficiently upgrade systems

            3. Will develop Web pages and become more proficient in HTML

 

10. Complete – MUST BE TYPED using computer: Hourly Log and Journal: Student will keep a log with one line per day that also briefly describes targeted work activities.
