Please send Your Secret ID to winterf@mccfl.edu so you can check your grades and averages on the Web and so I also have a record of your regular e-mail address. You will make up your secret ID from a 6-digit date or 6 digits from a phone number. (Do NOT send either your GOO number nor your Social Security Number.) I can use your email address to inform you when your grades and averages have been posted and if anything special has happened in the class. And even after the course is over I can use your email address to notify you of new courses that may be offered, or to let you know about job opportunities and internships. If you do not want to be notified of job opportunities or new course offerings when the course is over, simply reply back with to the next email with the Subject: Remove Me
Directions for e-mailing your secret ID so that you can view your grades online:
1.	If you are in CGS1000, enter for Subject: 1000 YourLastName If you are in CGS1570, enter for Subject: 1570 YourLastName If you are in COP2171, enter for Subject: 2171 YourLastName If you are in CIS2321, enter for Subject: 2321 YourLastName If you are in CGS2820, enter for Subject: 2820 YourLastName
2.	In the Message box enter your 6 digit secret ID - Use only numbers for your secret ID. Such as a date, or 6 digits from a phone number.
	When I open up your e-mail, it should look like:
